Account deletion

You can delete your Visit Turkey account in the app or by writing to us.

In the app

1. Open Menu in the app.
2. Go to My account and sign in if asked.
3. Choose Cancel membership and confirm the request.

Your account is deleted 30 days after you confirm the request. You can sign in during this period and cancel it.

Deleted and retained data

Your account and the personal data linked to it are deleted. Accounting records that must be kept by law are retained for the legally required period.
