As Creart Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi, we present the disclosure text that we have prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and that contains information about the company’s personal data processing activities to the public and relevant persons;

ARTICLE 1: DATA CONTROLLER

Your personal data may be processed by Creart Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi as the data controller within the scope explained below. The concept of data controller should be understood as the natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system.

ARTICLE 2: PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed by us for the following purposes:

To ensure corporate communication
To ensure company security
To be able to conduct statistical studies
To be able to perform work and transactions as a result of signed contracts and protocols
To ensure that legal obligations are fulfilled as required or made mandatory by legal regulations
To contact real / legal persons who have a business relationship with the company
To make legal reports
To manage call center processes
To fulfill the burden of proof as evidence in legal disputes that may arise in the future
To perform/follow up on company legal affairs

ARTICLE 3: PARTIES TO WHICH PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED AND PURPOSE OF TRANSFER

Personal data regarding customers may be shared with the Company’s business partners and suppliers, legally authorized institutions and organizations, and legally authorized private law legal entities within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, for the planning and execution of the activities required for the products and services offered by the Company to be customized according to the tastes, usage habits and needs of the relevant persons and for their recommendation and promotion, for the necessary work to be carried out by the business units and the execution of the relevant business processes in order for the relevant persons to benefit from the products and services offered by the Company, for the necessary work to be carried out by the relevant business units and the execution of the relevant business processes in order for the commercial activities carried out by the Company, for the planning and execution of the Company’s commercial and/or business strategies, and for the provision of the legal, technical and commercial-occupational security of the Company and the relevant persons who have a business relationship with the Company.

ARTICLE 4: PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION METHODS AND LEGAL REASONS

Personal data is collected through electronic media such as information and request forms on social media, applications downloaded to smartphones, or in physical environments. The legal reasons for collecting and processing personal data are as follows:

Storing personal data because it is directly related to the establishment and execution of contracts,
Storing personal data for the purpose of establishing, exercising or protecting a right
It is mandatory to store personal data for the legitimate interests of the company, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals
Storing personal data for the purpose of fulfilling any legal obligations of the company
Explicit provision for the storage of personal data in the legislation
Explicit consent of data owners for storage activities that require the explicit consent of data owners

ARTICLE 5: RIGHTS OF THE RELEVANT PERSON

The natural person whose personal data is processed is defined as the relevant person and has the following rights regarding himself/herself by applying to the company:

Learning whether personal data is processed
Requesting information about personal data if it has been processed
Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose
Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in Turkey or abroad
In case personal data is processed incompletely or incorrectly requesting their correction
Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data
Requesting that the transactions made in accordance with clauses (e) and (f) be notified to third parties to whom personal data is transferred
Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems
Requesting compensation for damages in the event of damages due to unlawful processing of personal data
